All return goods must be returned in unopened an clean boxes with no markings on the box. All items need to be in new, unused or uninstalled condition. PNH has the right to charge freight or a restocking fee on any returns that were ordered and shipped accurately. No freight or restocking fees will be charged on defective items or not as ordered. All returns are subject to quality assurance inspection prior to issuing credit to your account.
A Return Good Authorization (RGA) is required for all return goods. Please call PNH Customer Service at 800.654.1220 and request an RGA form to include with the items to be returned.
